Up-coming features
Renewal pipeline board: a drag-and-drop view of upcoming renewals by stage.
Richer revenue analytics: recurring-revenue, churn and retention dashboards.
Seat and item limits for the Personal plan, and SSO for Enterprise.
Portfolio totals computed on the server, so dashboards stay exact past 200 contracts.
Versions follow the footer's 1.<build>.<yyMMdd> family. Dates are release dates.
v1.4463.260924Current
Launch readiness: a new home inside WiseTREND One Portal, pricing that matches our price list, renewal reminders that keep coming, and a long list of fixes.
Subscriptions Manager now lives at my.wisetrend.com/subman, and you sign in once through WiseTREND One Portal.
Pricing now matches the published price list: Personal is a flat $19/mo, Business is $99/mo or 1% of your Managed Subscription Value (the monthly value of your active customer contracts), and Enterprise is $399/mo or 1% of it, whichever is greater. Sample data and your own-use subscriptions are never counted.
Auto-renewing contracts now roll forward to their next renewal date on their own, so reminders keep arriving every cycle. Contracts you import with an older start date get a future renewal date right away.
Renewal dates no longer drift at month end: a contract that starts on the 31st renews on the last day of shorter months and goes back to the 31st after.
Dates show the correct day everywhere. Before, some time zones saw every contract date one day early.
Reminders are no longer sent to inactive or erased contacts, and internal and external reminders for the same person are both delivered.
Products without a part number no longer clash with each other, and saving a duplicate now tells you what already exists instead of showing a generic error.
Invited team members can sign in to their workspace on the first try.
Subscribing again after a cancellation works, and the payment page brings you back to the Billing tab with a confirmation.
Clearer, easier-to-read screens: darker link text, a spinner on every button that is working, readable error messages, and page titles in your browser tabs.
On a phone, the top bar keeps the essentials and puts the rest under a More menu.
Workspace admins now control integrations (QuickBooks, Google) and picklists, and only admins can save SubMan AI memory notes.
The status page now runs a live check instead of showing sample history.
v1.0.260705
Opportunities, streamlined: add the company in place, a new Status dropdown, and a color-coded pipeline bar.
No more detours when logging a deal: create the Company right on the New Opportunity screen with a quick dialog - and add its Contact there too. The new company is selected for you automatically.
New Status field on opportunities: a dropdown whose values YOU control - add, rename or retire them in Settings - Picklists (sensible defaults included).
A compact, color-coded pipeline bar now tops every opportunity: green check-marked chevrons for completed stages, blue for where the deal is now, gray for what is ahead. Hover any segment to see its full stage name - readable even with 20 stages - and click one to move the deal there.
The bar follows YOUR pipeline: stage names, order and visibility come from Settings - Opportunity pipeline.
Website chat: asking for a human now gets you our support email address immediately, instead of a callback form.
v1.0.260702
Fixes and polish: SubMan AI tables, lighter list pages.
SubMan AI now renders tables in its answers properly - no more raw | pipe characters - plus bold text, links and inline code.
List pages are lighter: rows no longer pre-download their detail pages in the background, which removes a burst of background errors and makes the first load feel snappier.
Billing that matches your card: paying by card now records the invoice under Settings - Billing the moment the payment goes through, and every payment emails your admins a PDF invoice.
Your renewal date is your subscribe date: subscribe on the 2nd, renew on the 2nd - the next-invoice date now follows your billing anniversary.
Cancel any time: the new Cancel subscription button stops future charges. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the already-paid period, and your data stays accessible after that.
v1.1136.260701
A big usability release: search that works on every list, customizable tables, card payments, and a smarter Renewals Hound.
Search that works on every list: type to filter Contacts, Companies, Suppliers, Products, Contracts and Opportunities. Use * as a wildcard, exclude a word with a leading minus (for example -draft), quote a phrase to match it exactly, and see your matches highlighted right in the results.
Customize your tables: click the gear on any list to show or hide columns, including fields that were never shown before. Your chosen columns and sort now follow you across browsers and devices.
Pagination that works: Prev/Next now page through long lists, with a Show 10 / 20 / 50 / 100 rows-per-page selector.
Full-width tables: lists now use the whole screen on wide monitors.
Pay by card: subscribe to Subscriptions Manager online through Stripe or PayPal, with your plan activating automatically once payment succeeds.
Smarter Renewals Hound: paste a screenshot or drag documents straight onto the window, and it now flags likely duplicate subscriptions so you can skip them or add them anyway.
Trial-friendly drafts: draft renewals no longer count against your trial limit, and a gentle reminder nudges you to finish any drafts so tracking begins.
Clearer billing: your first invoice date now matches the end of your trial.
A refreshed website and a fully mobile-friendly app you can use from your phone.
v1.0.260626
Everything that renews, in one place — own subscriptions become Contracts, a friendlier Renewals Hound, smarter product types, and optional Opportunities.
One home for everything that renews: “My Subscriptions” and “Renewals” are now part of Contracts. A subscription you pay for is simply a contract marked “for my own use” — tracked on your own organization and kept separate from customer revenue in every report.
Renewals Hound got a friendly makeover: a guided, visual wizard that helps you pick what you renew — insurance, taxes, domains, memberships and more — and pre-creates a draft for each so nothing slips through.
Smarter product types: choose from ~75 renewal categories with a searchable dropdown that auto-suggests the right type from the name and vendor (for example, “Geico car insurance” → Auto Insurance).
Opportunities are now optional: if your team doesn’t run a sales pipeline, leave them off (the new default) and they stay out of your way — turn them on any time in Settings.
Track anything that renews — bills, licenses, certificates and deadlines — in plain, personal language.
Email preferences: choose exactly which emails you get — What’s new, system notices and renewal reminders — under Settings → Notifications. Every email now tells you why you received it and how to change it.
Track the subscriptions you buy — not just the ones you sell.
My Subscriptions: track the subscriptions your organization pays for (like Microsoft 365) — record the vendor, price, billing cycle and renewal date, and get renewal reminders that come to you, never your customers.
Liabilities reporting: a new My Subscriptions report shows your recurring and annualized spend, cost by vendor and billing cycle, and upcoming charges — kept entirely separate from customer revenue.
Your own subscriptions are excluded from every revenue report, so Total Contract Value stays accurate.
SubMan AI understands purchased subscriptions: drop in a receipt or invoice and it can capture the vendor, price, renewal date and payment method as your own subscription, for you to confirm.
History and audit on every record, a Memory for SubMan AI, in-app alerts, and automatic release notes.
History & Audit on every record: see who added or last changed it, when, and exactly what changed (before and after), attributed to you, SubMan Portal, or SubMan AI.
Memory: give SubMan AI standing instructions it remembers across every chat (Settings > Memory).
In-app notification bell: recent renewal and expiry reminders plus announcements now appear in the app, not just by email.
Paste a screenshot straight into SubMan AI to pull out the details.
Automatic release notes: every product update now posts an in-app note like this one.
Smarter SubMan AI that can act for you, read documents and search the web — plus this Platform Log.
SubMan AI can now create and update records for you — suppliers, products, contracts and pricing plans — from a single instruction, with a confirmation step before anything is saved.
Drag a document (PDF, image, Word or Excel) into SubMan AI to pull out the details, and ask it to look things up on the web.
Request access to a workspace by your email domain, with one-click approval for admins.
New Platform Log (this page) with a clickable version in the footer.
Security and compliance hardening, plus assorted interface polish.
